Fry onions until golden Brown. Crush ginger and garlic, add to the onions and stir

Chop tomatoes,add to the mixture and cover to allow them cook with steam

Once the tomatoes are well cooked add water

Add one tablespoon of garam masala, one teaspoon of curry powder and salt and wait for the water to boil

Wash rice and add to the mixture

Boils eggs for approximately 10 minutes

Wait for the eggs to them to cool,peel and serve

Serve with avocado
