Ingredients

30 minutes
2 person
  • 1tuber of yam
  • I small ball ocust beans
  • leafPopkin vegetable
  • 120 mlpalm oil
  • 4stock cube
  • to tasteSalt and spices
  • 1small ball onoin
  • 3big balls of pepper

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel,wash and dice yam.

  2. 2

    Heat oil add sliced onion,locust beans and pepper, and fry for few minutes.

  3. 3

    Add 3cups of water, stock cubes,salt and spices.

  4. 4

    Add chopped Popkin leaf allow to cook for 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add diced yam and allow to cook for 20 minutes.
