Ingredients

1tuber of yam
I small ball ocust beans
leafPopkin vegetable
120 mlpalm oil
4stock cube
to tasteSalt and spices
1small ball onoin
3big balls of pepper

Steps

30 minutes

Peel,wash and dice yam.

Heat oil add sliced onion,locust beans and pepper, and fry for few minutes.

Add 3cups of water, stock cubes,salt and spices.

Add chopped Popkin leaf allow to cook for 5 minutes.

Add diced yam and allow to cook for 20 minutes.
