Take the bunch of, sort it out and wash it in a clean water

Now put the managu in a sufuria, add half a cup of water to steam for 10 minutes

Then transfer it in an another bowl, take a a different sufuria and put the onions and fry till light brown then add chopped tomatoes.

Add a small pinch of salt to taste, followed by the 150 ml of fresh milk

Now add the steamed managu to cook for another 20 minutes

Your meal is now ready and can be served by a hot Ugali
