  • 1/2 cupwater

  • 1/2 spoonelaichi / saunf

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabse pahle sugar me pani dalke halka mix kijiye taki sugar just half melt ho.

  2. 2

    1 bowl me ghee ko xodke savi ingredients ko mix kijiye.

  3. 3

    Fir melt ghee dalke axi tarah milaiye.

  4. 4

    Fir sugar wala pani dalte huye kada tight dough ready kijiye.

  5. 5

    Ab choti choti loi leke apni man pasand shape ki thekuwa banaiye.

  6. 6

    Fir slow flame me thekuwa ki both sides golden hone tak side change karte huye deep fry kijiye.

  7. 7

    Bas ready hai bahut tasty home made biscuits thekuwa.
