Idli cooker me idli bana kar nikal le.

Idli ko patla lamba cut karein.

Onion, potato, green chilli, corriender leaves ko fine chop karein. Haldi, red chilli powder, salt, rai, jeera, nikal le.

Kadhai me oil garam karein.. Rai, jeera, curry leaves, green chilli, bhun jaye phir tomato dal ke salt dal kar dhak de.

Jab Sare masale bhun kar paste ban jaye to ab usme kati hui Idli dale.

Idli dal kar slow gass kar ke thodi der masale me idli ko bhunne de. Phir corriender leaves dal kar gass off kar de.

Garma garam fried idli ready to serve.

Fried idli ko chai ke sath tomato sauce ya green chutni ke sath serve karein.
