Ingredients

  1. 250 grmMethi bhaji chopped
  2. 2 bowlWhole wheat flour
  3. 1 bowlBajra flour
  4. 3 spoonGreen chilli & garlic paste
  5. 1 bowlCurd
  6. 50 grmChopped coriander
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  9. 3 spoonOil for moyan
  10. Pinchhing / asafoetida
  11. 1/2 cup oil for roast ke liye

Steps

  1. 1

    First take chopped methi bhaji & coriander wash & dry

  2. 2

    Take big bowl ya plate & add all ingredients like whole wheat flour bajra flour salt oil green chilli & garlic paste & mix very well

  3. 3

    Then add curd & methi bhaji & mix very well

  4. 4

    Then make a dough

  5. 5

    Then make thepla same make paratha

  6. 6

    Gas on kerke medium flame & make tawa & add oil & roast thepla

  7. 7

    Ready & enjoy tasty thepla

  8. 8

    Enjoy thepla with Tea ya Coffee ya jam ya garlic ya coriander chatni
