Steps

In a kadai heat ghee add jeera. when jeera crackled then add adrak and chopped chillies.

Now add kamalkakdi and aluu. fry it for 5 min

Add tomatoes, haldi, chilli powder, coriander powder and salt. mix all gently

Now cover the sabji with lid or any plate and cook 15 min or till soft
- 5
Now finish the sabji with grm masala and aamchoor powder. Enjoy it with hot pranatha or plane chappati
