  1. 1 cupshortning
  2. 1 cupwhite sugar
  3. 1 cupbrown sugar
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1 1/2 cuppeanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
  6. 1 tspvanilla
  7. 1 tsp1/8 salt
  8. 2 tspbaking soda
  9. 3 cupplain flour

    mix all ingredients together.

    mix dough and form into small balls.

  3. 3

    place on cookie sheet and flatten with fork.

  4. 4

    bake 10 minutes at 375°F.
