Yeast proofing Add yeast into 1/4 cup luke warm water sprinkle sugar..and keep it for 10 min..after 10 min..it will become frothy.. Meanwhile in a big mixing bowl add maida..salt..and olive oil.. Add proofed yeast. knead the dough by adding required water..give it good 10-15 mins knead.. Keep the dough in a big bowl..cover it nicely. And place it in a warm place for 1nd1/2 hour.. The dough will b double in size.. Take it out on your kitchen counter..give it a gentle knead..

Preheat the oven @180° for 10 min.. Divied the dough in to two parts. Roll it place it in a round baking tray.spread the dough by using your finger. Now spread tomato puree..chopped veggies..cheese.. Place the baking tray into the preheated oven..bake it for 15-20 min... bas nikalo seasoning milao...
