Wash the meat and chop into your desired size

Boil it for 30mins to cook thoroughly

Cut the spices into a clean bowl and set aside

Put one serving spoon of cooking oil in a clean sufuria add one teaspoon salt. Add the spices and fry for 5mins

Add the cooked meat and leave it to cook for ten minutes

Serve the meat while hot.
