Ingredients

  1. 125 gbutter, 1/3 cup caster sugar, 1 egg lightly beaten,
  2. 1/2 cupbrown sugar firmly packed, 1 cup self raising flour,
  3. 1/2 cupplain flour, 1 cup Choc bits, 3 tablespoons milk

Cooking Instructions

    Beat butter and sugars in a bowl with a mixer until light and fluffy, beat in egg until just combined, stir in sifted flour, mix well, add chocbits, until a firm dough.

    Place big teaspoon of mixture onto greased tray (about 5cm apart)

    Bake in preheated oven 180C for 12-15 minutes. Stand on tray 5 min before turning onto wire to cool. Make 30 cookies, suitable to freeze. Effie

    Add 3-4 tablespoons dark cocoa and you have chocolate cookies effie xx

Looks delicious Effie! Do you think maybe that you could do a peanut butter cookie? I make my own nut butters and would love to try them in a cookie recipe! xx
