Ingredients

  1. 150 gramsall-purpose flour/ plain flour
  2. 115 gramsunsalted butter @ room temperature
  3. 60 gramsgranulated sugar
  4. 80 gramsbrown sugar
  5. 1egg
  6. 3/4 tspvanilla extract
  7. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  8. 1/4 tspsalt
  9. 100 gramschocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

    Mix flour, baking soda and salt.

    Beat butter, sugar and brown sugar until creamy, about 3-5 minutes

  3. 3

    Add egg. Beat until the mixture is smooth. Then add vanilla extract

  4. 4

    Slowly add the flour to the mixture, mix well. Then add the chocolate chips.

  5. 5

    Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to 1 hour.

    Preheat the oven at 340°F.

    Role the dough into balls (about 1 tbsp)

  8. 8

    Bake at 340°F for 15 minutes.

    Leave the cookies on a cooling rack until completely cool off.
