Ingredients

  1. miso sauce
  2. 3 tbspseasoned rice vinger
  3. 3 tspmiso ginger past
  4. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  5. 1/4 cupvegetable oil
  6. 1 tbspszechwan seasoning
  7. 1 cupwater
  8. 1 tbspcornstarch
  9. chicken balls
  10. 2 lbground chicken
  11. 2 cupgluten free bread crumb
  12. 1/2 cupcelery, onion, corrot mix
  13. 1/2 cupapple cider vineger
  14. 2 tbspsalt
  15. 2 tbspground black pepper
  16. 1shredded cheder cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine chicken, vineger, celery, onion, and carrot,

  2. 2

    Mix bread crumbs, salt and pepper, put into chicken mix

  3. 3

    Form into balls and push hole with finger, put shredded cheese in and reform to balls

  4. 4

    Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours

  5. 5

    Cook in oven at 350°F for an hour.

    Sauce

    In a sauce pot mix first 5 ingreadents and 1/4 cup water bring to boil sturring

  8. 8

    Mix corn starch and 3/4 cup water stir untill cornstarch disolves. Add to sauce stir untill thickens.
