Brown the moose burger in 2 teaspoons olive oil over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. do not overcook.

After meat is browned, remove from heat and place in a bowl set aside

Sautèe onions and celery together in a sizzle for 4 minutes on medium high heat or until onions are soft

Turn heat down to medium and add mushrooms, and your seasonings together. Sautée for 4 minutes*

Add can of crushed tomatoes to the sautée on medium high heat to a low bubble.

After about 4-5 minutes, stir in Ground beef and lower heat to a simmer for 10-12 minutes

Serve with linguini, spaghetti, etc. enjoy!
