Ingredients

  1. 100 gramsQuinoa
  2. 1onion, chopped
  3. 5Cherry Tomatoes
  4. 4Mushrooms
  5. 2 tbsptomato paste
  6. 1 tsppaprika
  7. 1 tspchili powder
  8. 1 tbspolive oil
  9. 1/2 canSweetcorn

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Fry the onions until brown. While they're frying, boil the quinoa if not ready cooked.

  2. 2

    Add the chopped up mushrooms and tomatoes and fry until softened.

  3. 3

    Once the quinoa is boiled, drain & add to the frying pan. Fry all together until all mixed up.

  4. 4

    Add the tomato paste & spices, and fry until all hot.

  5. 5

    And any herbs, salt, pepper to taste. Enjoy!
