Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspveg. oil
  2. 2 lbbeef rump roast
  3. 1 cupsliced onion
  4. 1/2 cupchopped celery
  5. 4 cupunpeeled raw potato chuncks
  6. 1 cupsliced carrots
  7. 1 tspminced garlic
  8. 1 tspparsley flakes
  9. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  10. 1 can(14oz) beef broth

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil in container and brown roast on all sides about 8-10 min. Evenly layer every thing over roast. Sprinkle seasoning over vegetables. Pour broth over top. Cover; cook for 30 min.
