Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 tbspveg. oil
  • 2 lbbeef rump roast
  • 1 cupsliced onion
  • 1/2 cupchopped celery
  • 4 cupunpeeled raw potato chuncks
  • 1 cupsliced carrots
  • 1 tspminced garlic
  • 1 tspparsley flakes
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper
  • 1 can(14oz) beef broth

Steps

    Heat oil in container and brown roast on all sides about 8-10 min. Evenly layer every thing over roast. Sprinkle seasoning over vegetables. Pour broth over top. Cover; cook for 30 min.
