1 handfulpickled garlic cloves
1/2 tspdried wild oregano
1 clovegarlic, finely chopped
1/2fresh lemon juice
pinchhot paprika
1/4 tsponion salt
1 tspolive oil, extra virgin
1/4 tsppimento

Combine all the ingredients together in a small bowl and mix well.

Place in fridge for at least an hour so it marinades all the flavours together.
