Brown steak in oil.

Sprinkle origanum and salt to taste.

Cover with tomato puree.

Cover with mozzarella cheese.

Cover the frying pan with a lid and simmer until the cheese has melted.

Serve with either rice, bread, or a baked potato. (Or keep the left over sauce and make pasta tomorrow ;-) )
