  • 1 mediumpapaya
  • 3pears
  • 1 cupgrapes
  • 1 cupmixed nuts
  • 1/4 cuprolled oats
  • 1 tbspvanilla essence
  • 3 dashAngostura aromatic bitters
  • 1/2 tbspchocolate chips
  • 1/2 tbspflaxseed
  • 1 cupomega low fat milk
  • 1/2 cancondensed milk(optional)

    Cut up all the fruits

    Add all ingredients to blender

    Chill and Enjoy! If want 2 drink immediately add ice to ingredients while blending.
