My daughter doesn't have any allergies, but since she likes soy milk, I used it to make white sauce.

As long as you thoroughly mix it before microwaving, it shouldn't create lumps ♪ If you're not dealing with allergies, you can enjoy a richer taste by adding powdered milk. If if you're not dealing with allergies, you could replace the rice flour with cake flour. Recipe by Momonoyasashiikaori

Ingredients

  1. 6 tbspSoy milk
  2. 1and 1/2 teaspoons Rice flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine the soy milk and rice flour in a microwave-safe bowl and whisk about 100 times.

  2. 2

    Microwave for 1 minute at 500 W, lightly mix, then microwave again for 1 minute at 500 W, mix, then it's done ♪

  3. 3

    For extra measure, use a large microwave-safe bowl and cover in plastic wrap.
