Ingredients

2 cansartichokes in water drained
1 packagescherry or grape tomatoes
2zuchinni chopped
1 cansliced black olives
1green pepper diced
6fresh basil leaves chopped
2 envelopedry italian dressing packets
1/2 cupolive oil, extra virgin
4 ozfeta cheese

Add all ingredients except the olive oil and Italian dressing packets together and mix
2

Sprinkle on the Italian dressing packets and drizzle with half of the olive oil. Mix thoroughly. Add the rest off the olive oil and mix again. Chill and serve
