Ingredients

  1. 2 cansartichokes in water drained
  2. 1 packagescherry or grape tomatoes
  3. 2zuchinni chopped
  4. 1 cansliced black olives
  5. 1green pepper diced
  6. 6fresh basil leaves chopped
  7. 2 envelopedry italian dressing packets
  8. 1/2 cupolive oil, extra virgin
  9. 4 ozfeta cheese

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients except the olive oil and Italian dressing packets together and mix

  2. 2

    Sprinkle on the Italian dressing packets and drizzle with half of the olive oil. Mix thoroughly. Add the rest off the olive oil and mix again. Chill and serve
