Okara Fried Rice Okara Fried Rice
Lately I've been all about okara, so I was thinking of a recipe I could eat everyday without getting tired of it. I wasn't coming up with anything, but while making fried rice for my kid I thought of this. I tried making it and it was delicious, so I made a recipe out of it.If you use Chinese soup for the dashi stock it becomes even more like fried rice b Using coarsely-ground black pepper gives it a spicy kick that's even more delicious You can mix up fried rice with the ingredients used and the flavoring, for something you can enjoy everyday Eating it with your desired vegetables or seafood in a thick sauce gets rid of the dry feeling, and you can enjoy a delicious thick sauce fried rice. Feel free to modify the dish to your preference. Recipe by Momopi- cookpad.japan -

Pan Fried Konnyaku Pan Fried Konnyaku
This is a simple dish that I often make. I made it for old-times sake. As for the green onions used in the finishing touch, I definitely recommend using it if you don't hate them. They do the job well.Cook it all at once over a strong heat. This is a recipe that is eaten for its fragrance rather than for its flavor. Garlic burns easily, so I added it after dry-roasting the konnyaku. For 2 servings. Recipe by Tsuiterusatochan cookpad.japan -

Chewy Karaage-style Fried Okara Chewy Karaage-style Fried Okara
I'm experimenting in making dishes that'll go well. I've been making lots mock recipes using okara. These taste more like karaage if you don't smooth out the shape but leave it rough and uneven when dropping into the hot oil. You don't need to strain the tofu. Since these harden after they've cooled, eat while they're hot. Recipe by Yunyatomomo cookpad.japan -

A quick and easy drinking appetizer. It's not deep fried, so it's ready in no time.Leave the octopus pieces alone and be patient, and the surface will become crispy and firm.Be sure to pat dry the octopus well before coating it with katakuriko. You can use sliced cheese instead of the grated cheese.Serve as soon as it's cooked, while the pieces are crispy. Fried Fish Fried Fish
This tasty fried fish recipe is made with a basic combination of flour and seasonings, but don't be fooled by the simplicity of this dish—the fillets fry up crispy and delicious. Haddock and cod are two excellent choices for fried fish, but tilapia, pollock, or another mild white fish should work fine. Be careful not to overcook the thin fillets or burn the crispy coating.
