Prepare all the ingredients and thinly slice the eggplants

Make the batter. Take 4 tablespoons of all-purpose seasoning flour and add enough water. Dip the eggplant slices into the batter

Prepare a large plate with all-purpose seasoning flour, take the eggplant and coat it evenly with the flour

Fry in hot oil over medium heat until cooked

Sauté the garlic until wilted, then add the red and green chilies

Add the crispy eggplant and a little salt, as it's already salty

Serve with warm white rice. Yummy
