Ingredients

  • 1 packagesshredded, mixed cabbage
  • 2 tbspapple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tbsphoney
  • 1 tbspbeef bullion
  • 1/4small onion, sliced thin
  • 1 clovegarlic, finely chopped
  • 1small fresh ginger root, finely chopped
  • dashsalt
  • dashpepper
  • packagescrushed Ramen (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Put cabbage in a large bowl.

  2. 2

    Mix vinegar, oil, honey, bullion, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until thoroughly combined.

  3. 3

    Mix onion into the dressing mixture.

  4. 4

    Mix dressing and onion with cabbage.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle Ramen over the top.
