Ingredients

1 packagesshredded, mixed cabbage
2 tbspapple cider vinegar
1 tbspolive oil
1 tbsphoney
1 tbspbeef bullion
1/4small onion, sliced thin
1 clovegarlic, finely chopped
1small fresh ginger root, finely chopped
dashsalt
dashpepper
packagescrushed Ramen (optional)

Steps

Put cabbage in a large bowl.

Mix vinegar, oil, honey, bullion, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until thoroughly combined.

Mix onion into the dressing mixture.

Mix dressing and onion with cabbage.

Sprinkle Ramen over the top.
