  • 1 1/2onion
  • 5 mlwhite wine
  • 1 1/3honey
  • salt
  • 5 gramssugar
  • 5mushuroons

    season the beef with salt and pepper and grill each side for 5 minutes. Cut the mushrooms and onion and mix the soy sauce and honey and wine and let reduce sugar .. and serve over meat
