I got my soup maker at the end of august 2014, recipes only used 1 stick of celery, I was sick of wasting a bunch. As its only 10 calorie per 100g and very cheap & nutritious I decided to try this & added what I thought would be nice. The best soups are always what's left over, that's what I think anyway.

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. Celery, honey
  2. 800 mlwater
  3. 100 gramsRed Onion 36 cals
  4. 200 gramsAldi Flavoursome potatoes or equv to 148 cals
  5. 100 gramsAsda Carrot batons or equivelent to 24 cals
  6. 500 gramsCelery Sticks 48 cals
  7. 1 tspCoriander Spices
  8. 1/2 tbspClear honey or equiv to 28 cals
  9. 8th teaspoon ground black pepper
  10. 1Tesco everyday value chicken stock cube equiv to 7 cals
  11. 1 tbspolive oil, extra virgin equiv to 124 cals

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add to the soup maker in the centre screen in the following order

    Using food processor or dice up small the potato & add to the soup maker in the middle screen, then switch on & press soup.

    While the soup maker heats up dice the rest of the ingredients & add to the centre screen when there is room, if using a food processor add the veg juice as well. When all food has been chopped in the screen, make a brew & wait until finished. Approx 30 mins

    When finished divide into 4 dishes/bowls approximately 427mils each & serve or let cool, lid & put in the fridge. Will keep for up to 4 days.
