Ingredients

  1. filling
  2. 1 lbground beef(browned and drained)
  3. 1 largeyellow onion minced
  4. 1 lbbacon chopped
  5. 7 slicecheddar cheese shredded
  6. 2 clovegarlic minced
  7. 32 ozcream cheese
  8. salt
  9. ground black pepper
  10. dough
  11. 4 cupall-purpose flour
  12. 2eggs
  13. 1 tspsalt
  14. 1 1/4 cupcold water

    Preheat oven 350°F Add flour and salt. mix

  2. 2

    In a seperate bowl .Lightly beat eggs and water together

  3. 3

    Make a well in flour and slowly beat in egg mixture creating a soft dough

  4. 4

    Knead for 5 minutes until pliable. Cut in half and cover with damp cloth for 20 minutes.

  5. 5

    While dough is resting brown the hamburger. drain .brown bacon add onions and garlic to frying pan then hamburger in saute for a few minutes .

  6. 6

    Remove from heat put cream cheese and shredded cheese in meat mixture mixing well while meat is still warm.

  7. 7

    Cut dough balls in 4 (8 all together) roll out each quarter to a rectangle around 11.5 inches cuttin a 3x3 inch squares..should make 7 or 8 squares per quarter dough ball.

    Fill each square with 1 table spoon of filling dampen edges and close squares twisting at the top .like a package..brush cold water on tips before placing in oven.

    Place then in a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

THIS IS THE BOMB!!!! One the one to ten scale this rates about four or five hundred. Thanks, I really like this recipe.
