Cooking Instructions

Marinade tbone: mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, garlic cloves crushed, ground pepper, olive oil, steak seasoning in a bowl and place tbone. Leave for about 30 minutes -1 hour minutes to marinade.

Cut potatoes in cubes with skin on. Heat pan (without oil) and place in the potatoes in medium heat. Leave the potatoes about 10 minutes to precook. Add pepper, garlic powder, salt and mix once in a while until potato edges get brown and softer. Before removing from pan add 1 tablespoon of butter and mix. Top off with grated parmesan. Set aside.

Place olive oil, 1 tblespoon butter and 1 tablespoon brown sugar in a pan. Mix for about 5 minutes. Add onions and mix one in a while for about another 10 minutes. Add 4 tablespoons of beer and mix well and remove from heat. Set aside.

Place tbone in a pan, medium heat. Cook each side about 5-8 minutes each. When it gets a little dry, add the marinade sauce using a spoon. Dont pour in all the sauce.

Thats it! Place all in a plate and serve to your boyfie or hubby with a bottle of beer! ;) lol
