Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspOil
  2. 1Onion, chopped
  3. 3 cloveGarlic, chopped
  4. 1 packagesVegan beef crumble
  5. 2 canBlack beans
  6. 2 canPinto beans
  7. 2 canKidney beans
  8. 2 canVegetarian baked beans
  9. 2 canChickpeas (Garbanzo beans)
  10. 1 canCorn
  11. 2 canSmall can tomato paste
  12. 1 1/2 tbspSalt
  13. 2 tspPepper
  14. 2 tbspRed pepper flakes
  15. 2 tbspChili powder
  16. 3 tbspBrown sugar
  17. 1 tbspCumin

Steps

  1. 1

    Finely chop onion & garlic.

  2. 2

    Sauté in oil until transparent.

  3. 3

    Empty all cans into a pot and stir.

  4. 4

    Add in spices & onion mixture and stir.

  5. 5

    Heat on medium low for 20 minutes, then add the beef crumble.

  6. 6

    Turn heat to low, cover, and stir every 10 minutes for an hour.

  7. 7

    Top with Daiya cheddar cheese and/or eat with pita chips.
