Make hung curd by keeping the yogurt in muslin lined colander for an hour or two
- 2
Melt jaggery using water on Low heat and take off heat and let cool completely
- 3
Place the hung curd obtained in a bowl and add the cardamom powder and jaggery syrup to it
- 4
Whisk well until well combined and no lumps are visible
- 5
Pour the yogurt in a bowl or container where you would prefer to set it before serving
- 6
Garnish with sliced pistachios

Refrigerate for alteast 2 hours to set the shrikhand
- 8
Serve chilled
