AMIEs Eggs

Steps

Slice off the tops of eggs. Place eggs in a mixing bowl and beat with salt and pepper. Add the basil leaves.

Melt butter in a small non-stick saucepan over low-medium heat.

Add the mozzarella and stir until melted.

Add the beaten eggs and stir until just set.
- 5
Fill the empty eggs with mixture and top with fresh basil leaves.

Serve and enjoy!
