1 serving

1bread roll of choice
3or 4 slices of salami
4or 5 slices pepperoni
30 gramsto 50g cheddar cheese, grated
1tomato, thinly sliced
1sliced jalapeño, optional
1few thin slices red onion, optional
1couple of lettuce leaves, optional

Cut open bread roll. Lightly toast both sides under grill/broiler.

Butter roll if desired.

Layer on salami and pepperoni.

Top with cheese. Put back under broiler to melt cheese.

Top with tomato and optional extras if desired.
