Chinese Chives with Mayonnaise, Soy Sauce, and Sesame Seeds

I got a lot of inexpensive Chinese chives, so I created this recipe.

Cooking Instructions

Cut the Chinese chives into 3cm lengths, and lay on a heatproof plate. Lightly cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 2.5 minutes at 600 W, then cool.

When the Chinese chives from Step 1 cool down, tightly squeeze out the excess water. Put the Chinese chives and ● ingredients in a bowl.

Mix well, and serve onto a plate, then it's done.
