Authentic!! Soft Almond Tofu from Kanten

Store-bought Chinese almond powder is often not very aromatic or tastes weak...
So I made this authentic almond jelly with a powerful almond fragrance.
Be sure not to heat at Step 1!!
In place of powdered kanten, I used a tablespoon of agar with the same results.
This is soft, so if you prefer it firmer, adjust the amount of powdered katen. Recipe by itarunrun

Steps

Put the almond powder in a pot. Without heating, slowly add water while mixing. Dissolve well.

Add ◎ ingredients and heat on medium while mixing. Don't let it become thick. Add milk and continue mixing. Stop it just before boiling.

Strain the mixture from Step 2, and transfer into containers of your choice. Once cooled, store in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Once it's hardened, it's complete.
