Ingredients

  1. 1yellow squash; half moons
  2. 1zucchini; half moons
  3. 1 bunchasparagus; trimmed
  4. 1/2red onion; large dice
  5. 1/2 cupwhite wine
  6. 3 tbspolive oil
  7. 1salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

15 mins
  1. 1

    Heat oil in large saute pan. Add Veggies.Toss. Season. Toss

  2. 2

    When veggies are nearly tender, add wine. Cover. Cook until wine is evaporated. Approximately 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Variations; Lemon, fresh herbs, mustard
