  1. 4 slicesItalian bread or other suitable panini bread
  2. 3 tbspstrawberry or raspberry preserves
  3. 1log fresh mozzarella
  4. 8 leavesfresh basil
  5. 2 tbspmelted butter or olive oil

    Preheat panini grill to 400°

  2. 2

    Assemble sandwich. Spray press with non stick spray if desired. Spread melted butter on both sides of bread. Press until bread is golden and crispy

    Variations; Other fruit preserves or jam, foccacia, sourdough, french bread, brioche, honey
