Cut 4 bread slice in round shape. Among 4 round slice cut 2 in ring shape.

Mix all veggies and paneer in mixing bowl. Add oregano, salt and chilli flakes. Add 1 table spoon tomato ketchup and mix well.

Take 1 round slice of bread. Apply butter on it. Apply tomato ketchup and put ring slice on it.

Now put veggie filling in disc. Add grated cheese also.

Put olive on top. Sprinkle oragano and chilli flakes. Apply butter on side of bread.

Grill it for 5 min in otg or microvave. Garnish it with olive and coriander leaves.
