Wet Fried liver liver with kales

Ingredients

  1. 200 gbeef liver
  2. 200 mlwater
  3. 2medium onion
  4. 1/2ts garlic powder
  5. 1large onion
  6. 300 gveggies (kales)
  7. 3 TBcooking oil
  8. 1/2he salt
  9. 2royco cubes

Cooking Instructions

    On a pan,heat liver on a pan with some water. Boil till ready.when ready add half the oil and fry the liver.

    Dice the onions and add to the liver. Add half the garlic powder.

    Slice the tomatoes and add when the onions are golden brown.

    Simmer for five min.Add the royco cubes and stir.

    Add some water to create some soup. Remove from heat when the spices cook.

    Heat a pan,Add remaining oil.Chop onions and toss them in when hot.Fry till golden brown.

    Cut the veggies and add it to the pan.Stir till ready and add some salt to taste.

    When ready serve your meal with ugali.
