Ingredients

  1. 1 tspcornstarch
  2. 1/4 cupchicken broth
  3. 2 tbspDijon mustard
  4. 1 tbspbrown sugar
  5. 1 tbspcider vinegar
  6. 1/8 tspcelery seeds
  7. 1 tbspwhite wine or additional chicken broth
  8. 5uncooked bratwurst links

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a small saucepan, combine the first 7 ingredients.

    Bring to a boil.

  3. 3

    Cook and stir until thickened.

  4. 4

    Cool.

  5. 5

    Cover and refrigerate until serving.

    Grill bratwurst, covered, over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until no longer pink, turning frequently.

  7. 7

    In a small disposable foil pan, heat mustard mixture.

  8. 8

    Add bratwurst and turn to coat.

Some of my favorite things are family, friends, my pets, cooking, baking, football (Badger & Packer), Brewer baseball, college basketball, car racing, thrift stores, volunteering, and rummage sales. I have a 9 year old rescue dog, and 7 birds ( 6 are rescue) and they range in age from 1 year to over 19 years old. I volunteer for a dog rescue and a shelter, as well as other festivals and organizations.
