  • 1 kgmixed tomatoes (different kind)
  • 10pieces fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cupextra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 1fine sea salt
  • 1 tspwhite sugar

    In a large serving bowl, whisk together oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, 5 basil leaves and half teaspoon salt. Add tomatoes, gently toss to combine. Adjust seasoning to taste. Garnish with remaining basil leaves.
