  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 150 gramsbutter
  • 250 gramsplain flour
  • 1/2 tspbicarbonate of soda
  • 1 tspground ginger
  • 1 tspground cinnamon

    Preheat oven to gas 4

    Cream the butter and sugar.

  3. 3

    Add everything else

  4. 4

    Mix into dough

  5. 5

    Roll out like a sausage and slice

  6. 6

    Cook in the preheated oven for 11mins. In batches of about 12
