Ingredients

  1. 1 boxpenne rigate pasta
  2. 1green pepper
  3. 10green olives give or take
  4. 1 cansliced black olives
  5. 10sliced banana peppers give or take
  6. 1 packagessliced salami
  7. 1 packagesmini pepperoni
  8. 1/2red onion
  9. 1 packagespepper jack cheese cubed
  10. 1 1/2bottles of house tuscan italian dressing
  11. 10cherry tomatoes sliced

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring pasta to boil until soft but firm. Rinse with cold water until cool.

  2. 2

    Cut green pepper in small bite size pieces

  3. 3

    Cut red onion in bite size pieces

  4. 4

    Slice olives both black and green

  5. 5

    Slice banana peppers and cherry tomatoes

  6. 6

    Cube the salami, pepper jack cheese, and leave mini pepperoni the way they are.

  7. 7

    Combine all ingredients and add the dressing and stir. Refrigerate 2 hours or over night.
