Ingredients

  1. 4Potatos
  2. 1 packagesMelissa's Extra Firm Tofu
  3. 32 ozBroth
  4. 1 smallhandful Carrot Chips
  5. 1Habanero
  6. 1 mediumJalapeño Pepper
  7. Basil
  8. Greek Blend Seasoning
  9. Oregano
  10. 1 tbspSmartBalance (Extra Virgin Oil Blend) Butter
  11. 1 mediumhandful Green Pepper
  12. 1 tbspRealLemon Juice

Cooking Instructions

    PrepTofu: slice into strips and press for 45 minutes (to drain packaged water out)

    Wash, peel and cut up potatos. Cube up green peppers.

    In blender, blend together Potatos, Broth, Tofu, Carrot Chips, Habanero Pepper, and Jalapeño Pepper.

    In Crockpot, add blended ingredients, Basil, Greek Blend Seasoning, Oregano, Green Pepper, RealLemon Juice, and SmartBalance Butter. Cook in Crockpot for 4 to 6 hours or until cooked. ** watch and stir ocassionally to heat even. **

The stuff i cook is vegan, and do substitute to what i eat, because of allergies etc some may be old. i am on a rx meal plan not allowed to use food with lactose/treenuts.
