  1. 150 gramsRice flour
  2. 2Eggs
  3. 160 mlMilk
  4. 100 mlWater
  5. 3 tbspOlive oil
  6. 1Salt and pepper
  7. 40 gramsShredded cheese
  8. 110 gramsPotato flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat up milk, water and oil till simmer.

  2. 2

    Set all flour in a bowl and add boiled liquid. And knead

  3. 3

    Add eggs a little by little and knead. Add salt, pepper and cheese.

  4. 4

    Bake in 250°F oven for 30-35min.

  5. 5

    Enjoy! Better to eat when it's warm.

I have a question about temporatur. Do you mean 350F or you actually baked your muffins in250F? Tks.
