Stewed roast with potatoes and carrots

  2. 2carrots, big/medium, cut into bite size
  3. 3potatoes, small/medium, cut into 8 pcs each
  4. 400 gramsroasted meat, chopped into bite size
  5. Spices
  6. 3 tbsplight soya sauce
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. 1white pepper powder
  9. 1ground black pepper
  10. 1parsley flakes or chopped parsley
  11. Other
  12. 100 mlstarch water, 5ml starch mixed evenly in 100ml water
  13. 500 mlwater

Cooking Instructions

    Boil carrots and potatoes in 500ml water using low heat till softened and well cooked.

  2. 2

    Add roasted meat, light soya sauce, salt, white pepper powder, ground black pepper, parsley flakes. Boil for 10 minutes using medium heat.

    Turn to low heat, add starch water, simmer for 10 minutes.
