Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 2 canminced clams
  2. 2 cancrabmeat
  3. 1 canoysters
  4. 1 stickbutter
  5. 1medium onion, chopped
  6. 1 lbshrimp (16-20)
  7. 1 lbscallops
  8. 1S&P to taste
  9. 2 cupheavy cream
  10. 2 cuphalf and half
  11. 1your favorite fish, cut up. (optional) I add tilapia

  1. 1

    Melt butter in a 6 qt pan. Saute onions. Then saute the shrimp on medium heat. Add the heavy cream and half and half. Now add the clams, crabmeat, scallops, oysters and S&P. Add any other fish you want in at this time.

    Cook this on low for 1-2 hours. Enjoy.
