  • 100 gramsgrated mozzarella cheese
  • 100 gramscherry tomatoes
  • 25 gramssalted butter
  • 12 tspolive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 tbspgarlic powder
  • 12 sliceBlack olives
  • 12basil
  • 20 gramschilly flakes
  • 20 gramsoregano
  • salt

  1. 1

    Cut the loaf into 12 equal diagonal pieces and arrange on a grill tray.

  2. 2

    Garnish with all the ingredients.

  3. 3

    Pre heat oven to 400°F. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 400°F.

    Serve hot.
