Ingredients

  1. 1 largepumpkin, just the seeds
  2. 5 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  3. 1 tspground black pepper
  4. 1/2 tspsalt, for initial seasoning
  5. 1/2 tspsalt, for second seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the olive oil and seeds in a bowl, and then spread on a large baking sheet.

  2. 2

    Add the pepper and the first half teaspoon of salt to the seeds evenly distributing.

  3. 3

    Roast at 375°F for 25 minutes.

  4. 4

    Stir, the seeds, and re-spread on the sheet.

  5. 5

    Distribute the rest of the salt and cook for another 3 or so minutes, until desired brownness.

  6. 6

    Serve and enjoy.
