It's pumpkin seeds made the way God/nature/the FSM intended it. Roasted to perfection, the natural flavors of the seeds are enhanced by the salt and pepper.

Mix the olive oil and seeds in a bowl, and then spread on a large baking sheet.

Add the pepper and the first half teaspoon of salt to the seeds evenly distributing.

Roast at 375°F for 25 minutes.
- 4
Stir, the seeds, and re-spread on the sheet.
- 5
Distribute the rest of the salt and cook for another 3 or so minutes, until desired brownness.
- 6
Serve and enjoy.
